Q: Do you offer repair and servicing at the same time?
A: We offer servicing and repair as a unified service. Providing the total time for service and repair is under 75 mins, the cost of service and repair will be £90.
Q: Is boiler repair expensive?
A: We seek to provide the best rates in the area for boiler repair in Birmingham. Boiler repair on its own is £60, if time taken is under 75 mins. For every 30 mins after this, the cost will be £25 extra.
Q: Do you fix every type of boiler?
A: Birmingham Boiler Repairs specialise in gas boiler repairs, with decades of experience working with a number of major boiler brands. The list includes Ferroli, Vaillant, Baxi and Worcester Bosch, although we are also able to fix a range of other boilers and brands.
Q: Will my boiler be fixed in one visit?
A: More often than not, your boiler will be fixed the same day in one visit. Our engineers carry spare parts in their vans, although, understandably, it’s possible to carry everything. Some parts will need to be ordered to complete the work.
Q: How long does it take to fix a boiler?
A: Providing we don’t need extra parts, your boiler repair will usually take under 75 mins. There are more complex repairs that will often take longer, but we will give you an estimated time when we investigate the problem.
Q: What happens if the problem can’t be fixed?
A: We won’t leave you in the lurch. We will talk you through your options for a boiler replacements and make sure you full understand the process so you can decide what to do next.
Q: Can I cancel the appointment before the engineer arrives?
A: If you cancel your appointment before the engineer arrives, you may still get charged for the service or repair. If you cancel your appointment in good time, you may avoid receiving any charges. Please don’t make an appointment for your boiler to be repaired if you aren’t going to be home or if you don’t have the funds available – It’s not fair on us!
