Payment terms:

Payment is due on satisfactory completion. – payment methods accepted are via card, cash or BACS transfer.

Call out cost and hourly charges:

£45 call out unless work is carried out.

If work is carried out there is no call out fee and the charges are £60 first hour and £25 per half hour.

Boiler service £45 [no parts included].

Gas safety checks £35 for first appliance then £10 per every extra appliance.

Combined service and repair if done within one hour £90. If this exceeds 75 minutes then the single rates will apply.

Warranty of parts:

All electrical parts have 12 months warranty for manufacturing faults and not caused by water damage , fire or misuse.

Any parts that are in contact with water will have a warranty of 28 days, however, this does not affect your statutory rights to seek remedy after the 28 days.
